Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older, and a Fanvue creator, manager, or team-member account in good standing. Agencies must have authority to act for the creators they manage.

You access the Service by signing in through Fanvue only — we never ask for your Fanvue password. Your use of Fanvue is governed by Fanvue's own terms; nothing here changes your agreement with Fanvue. You're responsible for your team members' use of any Req4Me app under your account.

• Ask My Fans: On Fanvue, most earnings come from messages, not subscriptions. Ask My Fans turns one question — sent as a message or posted to your feed — into a wave of replies. You'll know what fans want before you make it, and exactly which fans want it, in a Fanvue list ready for your next offer.

Req4Me's apps are independent apps built on Fanvue's API, not operated by Fanvue, and every feature depends on Fanvue's platform and API staying available. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You agree to comply with Fanvue's terms, content policies, and applicable law, including messaging, consumer protection, and privacy law. You're responsible for the messages and posts you send, the media you attach to them, and for having a lawful basis to message your fans. No harassment, spam, or misleading offers. No attempts to bypass Fanvue's moderation, rate limits, or security through our apps. You may not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or to violate the rights of any third party. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Fair use. The Service is intended for your own ordinary, good-faith use as a Fanvue creator within your plan's limits — not for reselling, automating bulk access, or placing abnormal load on our infrastructure or the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy. We may limit, throttle, or suspend access we reasonably determine abuses shared infrastructure or is likely to degrade the Service for other creators.

You own your content and your fans' data. You grant Req4Me a limited license to process it to provide, develop, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. For fan data, Req4Me acts as your processor: we process only on your instructions, keep data confidential, use only the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy, assist with data subject requests, notify you of breaches without undue delay, and delete or return data when service ends. A separate data processing agreement may be available on request.

Sorting, themes, and suggestions are automated and may contain errors. You review results before acting on them. No message, post, or follow-up is sent to your fans without your own action. Once you publish a feed poll, the app keeps its caption updated with a running count of answers while it's open. It only changes or unpins the post after closing if you choose to.

We access your Fanvue vault media so you can attach the photos and videos you pick to your posts and messages, and to develop, test, and improve features, such as understanding your content to personalize suggestions — including with our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. Neither Req4Me nor our AI providers use your content, media, or fans' data to train AI models.

Paid plans are purchased, billed, cancelled, and refunded through Fanvue under Fanvue's own billing terms. Plan details are shown in the Fanvue App Store, not on this website.

Req4Me owns its apps and this website. Feedback you give us may be used to improve them without any obligation to you.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued, with reasonable notice where possible. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by Fanvue's own platform or API.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or if required by Fanvue or applicable law. Where practical we'll give notice first, but we're not required to. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. What happens to your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee any particular sales, engagement, or results from using our apps.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Req4Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our apps. Req4Me's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is capped at the greater of the amount you paid Req4Me for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose, or $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Req4Me harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your messages and posts to fans, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use any Req4Me app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
